We're proud to partner with ATS Group, an organisation committed to supporting people entering and progressing through the construction industry.
Construction is one of the UK's toughest industries—not just physically, but mentally too. Long hours, high pressure and the expectation to "just get on with it" can make it difficult for many men to speak openly about how they're feeling.
Through our partnership, MAAD resources are available across ATS training centres, helping to encourage conversations around mental health from the very beginning of someone's career. From posters and awareness materials to ongoing collaboration, our shared goal is simple: to make it easier for people to recognise when they're struggling and to know that asking for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
This partnership is about creating environments where looking after your mental wellbeing is seen as just as important as looking after your physical safety.
We're incredibly grateful to ATS Group for standing alongside MAAD and helping us reach more people with a message that could make all the difference.
MAAD is proud to partner with Quince Counselling, a Hampshire-based counselling service dedicated to making mental health support more accessible for individuals, families and young people.
From the very beginning, it was clear that we shared the same belief: starting conversations is important, but making sure people know where to turn for professional support is just as vital.
Together, we're working to raise awareness, reduce stigma and encourage more open conversations around mental health across our communities. Through joint campaigns, community initiatives and awareness projects, we're helping people feel more confident talking about their mental wellbeing and seeking support when they need it.
A key part of Quince Counselling's work is delivering mental health education within schools, helping children and young people develop the understanding, confidence and emotional tools they need from an early age. If we can educate younger generations before stigma takes hold, we have the opportunity to create a future where talking about mental health feels normal, not difficult.
We're incredibly proud to be working alongside Quince Counselling and look forward to continuing to build a partnership that creates lasting, positive change for both today's generation and those to come.
