Why MAAD Exists
Men are taught to be strong. To stay in control. To deal with things on their own.
But when something hits — anxiety, pressure, depression — most of us don’t talk about it. We keep it in, push through, and tell ourselves it’ll pass. The problem is, it often doesn’t. And carrying everything alone only makes it heavier.
That’s where MAAD comes in.
What Needs to Change
MAAD was created to challenge that mindset. Not by tearing it down — but by redefining it.
Because strength shouldn’t mean silence. It shouldn’t mean pretending everything’s fine when it isn’t. Real strength is being honest, facing things head on, and knowing when to speak up.
We’re not here for sympathy or surface-level awareness. We’re here to shift the conversation — and make it easier for men to be open without feeling judged.
What MAAD Stands For
MAAD stands for Men Against Anxiety & Depression.
But more than that, it represents a mindset — one that encourages connection, honesty, and support.
Everything we create is designed to start conversations. To say something that might otherwise go unsaid. And to remind anyone wearing it — or seeing it — that they’re not alone in what they’re dealing with.
A percentage of every sale goes directly towards supporting men’s mental health initiatives, helping turn awareness into real impact.
