RETURNS
As all our t-shirts and hoodies are made to order we do not accept returns. So please check the size guides and images very carefully, to achieve the look you are after.

You are required to notify us of any damages, missing items or errors within 3 days of your order arriving and if required, return it within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must not have been washed or worn and show any signs of wear, marks or stains.

If products are returned to sender due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know, and to arrange redelivery. The shipping costs will need to be paid again.

SHIPPING
When will my products be dispatched?
Our turnaround time is 5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.

How are my products shipped?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS or DHL. The packaging for different products is varied, but it’s all eco-friendly. The vast majority of parcels ship plastic-free.

Will I be able to track my products as they’re shipped?
Yes, but only if you’ve upgraded your service to Recorded or Courier. When shipped to the UK, Royal Mail’s Recorded service is only tracked on collection and delivery – if you want to track UK parcels in more detail you’ll need to use the Courier option. Both Recorded and Courier offer detailed tracking for all orders shipped outside the UK.

Where can I find my parcel tracking information?
Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address.

When will my products be delivered?
This depends on the courier handling your parcel. Please see shipping estimates below.

UK
Royal Mail / Evri 24 services: 1 to 3 days after dispatch
Royal Mail / Evri 48 services: 2 to 5 days after dispatch
Courier: Next working day after dispatch

Europe
Royal Mail services: 3 to 5 days after dispatch
Courier: depends on the destination

Rest of World
Royal Mail services: 7 to 10 days after dispatch
USPS (USA): 3 to 5 days after dispatch
Courier: 5 to 7 days after dispatch

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.

If an order does not arrive, please check at your local post office and confirm your address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 28 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or DHL depending on the shipping method/destination.
